Christophe Sturzenegger

Christophe owns a master degree with distinctions of Horn (B. Schneider) and of piano (M. Pantillon).

Solo horn of the Swiss Youth Orchestra, he is the first swiss hornist through audition to get into the Gustave Malher Youth Orchestra. Then, he integrated the Zurich Operahouse Academy and then the Basel Sinfonieorchester.

Semi-finalist of the international competition of Trévoux, he is laureate of numerous bursaries and competitions. Since 2004, he leads a freelance carrier and a chamber musician carrier with various groups (horn and piano) and he is Lecturer at the Geneva University of Music.
